This is my electronic photo album on San Clemente Beach, my favorite beach destination in Southern California. Located halfway between San Diego and Los Angeles, it is has become one of the most popular beaches in the State of California.
The gentle surf, the magnificent bluffs overlooking the beach, the creamy fine sandy beach and the pier with its popular restaurants make San Clemente Beach a terrific place for a weekend getaway.
The late US President Richard Nixon and his wife, Patricia Nixon, had a vacation home in San Clemente and one of his favorite pastime was walking the beach with his dog.
Thank you for visiting my photo blog. There are so many California tourist attractions, it’s hard to know where to begin. From Sea World-San Diego in the south to majestic Mt. Shasta near its northern border, California is without a doubt a vacationer’s paradise. I hope that my photos have given you a glimpse of the immense beauty and wonder of the Golden State.
